General Queries

  • First Register your self by clicking on Login/Register at the top left.
  • After Registration send your ID proof. Such as your Adharcard or Nepalese citizenship to whatsapp number +91-94038-91911 together with your email id.
  • After activation Login using your same email id & password.
  • Then select the desired Menu from the list fill the form & click on Recharge now bottom
  • Then click on Pay & Select the payment mode
  • After successful payment your recharge will be done.
  • First login using your details then click on your name displayed on top left
  • Click on My Profile then Add money enter the amount & Pay the same to get into your Wallet

No once the amount is added to wallet it can be used for recharge to Nepal only. It can't be refunded in any case.
Yes you can deposit cash in our Bank account Max to 5000/- in a day to get your wallet update manually for the same you will get 2% extra in wallet also.
Recharge are done automatically so it does not take any time.
Yes we have the payment gateway of India i.e. payumoney so you can use your Indian Debit, Credit Card or Net Banking to make Payment & get recharge

Payment Queries

Payment to be made through Payumoney or Paypal generated invoices. It can be done using Credit/Debit cards/Net Banking/UPI.
We give promotional offers and discounts from time to time. Discount is also given for referrals and regular customers who updates their wallet.
No extra amount is charged other then the amount shown on payment gateway ie of Payumoney/Wallet/Paypal.
We do not accept cash payments, For Bank transfer visit to Add money section & send money to the Bank Account shown there.
Yes, you can send us money through IMPS/NEFT.
The refund is processed, only if the transaction fails at payment gateway.

You may be unable to login as your id's is not active. It might be due to as you haven't submitted your Id's proof or you haven't called for your ID's confimation.
You can get your ID Active Calling us on +91-88826-53804 & submiting the required document.
Yes, You can recharge without login or Activating your ID, just scroll down & click on Image of Operator fill the form & make payment recharge will be done manually by our executive which is time consuming.
When you recharge the same amount is sent to Nepal but the value added tax deducted as per government of Nepal ie If you recharge for NPR 100 the same NPR 100 recharge is sent but the person there gets NPR 98.26/- as a talk time balance.
The recharge is done Instant in a real time, If you made any mistake the cost will be bear by the customer & no money will be refund for wrong number recharge.
